The NSHP offers 2-rooms (1 bedroom) houses from NGN 2 million, 3-rooms (2 bedroom) houses from NGN 2.75 million, and 4-rooms (3 bedroom) houses from NGN 3.5 million.

Applicants must indicate their preferred state and LGA for their new home. They must also specify their preferred home finishing, whether they are interested in solar energy and other energy-saving appliances, and whether they are willing to join a residents’ association for the estate where their home is located. Additionally, they must indicate whether they are willing to pay service charges to cover the care for the estate and whether they are contributors to the National Housing Fund (NHF).
